One organisation can use more than one option
Some employers select Enhanced screening for the wider team and Executive screening for directors or senior leaders. Praxis can recommend a sensible combination based on the size of the team, the organisation’s objectives and the time available.

There is no subscription requirement or ongoing contract.
Tax and VAT
Current HMRC rules provide an exemption from income tax and National Insurance for one employer-funded health-screening assessment and one medical check-up per employee in a tax year, where the relevant conditions are met.
Qualifying clinical services delivered for the protection, maintenance or restoration of health may also be exempt from VAT.
Tax treatment can depend on the precise arrangement. Employers should confirm the application to their organisation with their accountant or tax adviser.
