How screening works

A focused process. Minimal disruption.

A single screening day. Lasting intelligence.

From the first conversation to the final report, every step is designed to protect your team's time and every employee's confidentiality.

Every screening is led by Alex or one of a small group of carefully selected registered nurses, ensuring a consistent clinical standard throughout.

What actually happens on the day?

A working day, uninterrupted

Praxis arrives before the working day begins and sets up discreetly in a private meeting room or suitable workspace. Employees attend their consultation at a scheduled time and return straight to work afterwards, allowing the business to continue as normal.

For smaller teams, I conduct every consultation personally. Larger screening days are supported by another experienced registered nurse, ensuring the same high clinical standards and employee experience throughout.

"It ran like a meeting schedule, not a medical day."

What can your employees expect?

A private consultation, not a conveyor-belt screening

Each employee meets with a registered nurse for a private consultation. Every clinical assessment is explained in plain language, helping employees understand what each result means and how it relates to their overall health.

Alongside the clinical assessment, the consultation explores workload, recovery, stress and mental wellbeing, providing a broader picture of the factors that influence everyday health and performance.

Results are discussed during the consultation, with a personalised written summary provided within 48 hours. Where appropriate, employees are advised to follow up with their GP.

"It went down incredibly well with our team. It didn’t feel like a box-ticking exercise. It felt like we were genuinely investing in people."

- Co-founder, 18 – person design agency.

What follows

From screening to strategy

Leadership receives a Workforce Health and Risk Intelligence Report that clarifies team risks, recovery capacity, and performance signals.

The findings are reviewed with leadership, with practical recommendations and next steps discussed together.

Not every finding requires action. In many cases, the data simply confirms that a team is functioning well, with strong resilience and low underlying risk. Where support or intervention may be beneficial, it is identified clearly and proportionately.

The pressures affecting performance rarely appear all at once. More often, they build gradually beneath the surface. Praxis provides earlier visibility before those pressures begin impacting the business.

"It gave us clarity we didn’t realise we were missing."

- Founder, London-based SME

The health factors affecting performance are rarely obvious at first. They build gradually, often long before they appear as absence, disengagement or resignation. Praxis helps you see those patterns earlier.

Praxis provides that visibility.
